In this show he and four other business executives (the sharks) get ideas from everyday people, choose profitable projects and give money to their entrepreneurs to start them as a business. Today Daymond John has an estimated net worth of around $250 million and he has been a successful entrepreneur for more than two decades. Who is Dymond John

Dymond John is one of the most well-known entrepreneurs in the modern world. He is widely known for being the founder of “Shark Tank,” a popular American reality television series.

John was born in 1965 in the Bronx, New York. He began making an income off of entrepreneurship at age nine, selling after-school snacks to classmates. By thirteen he owned multiple pieces of virtual ice cream trucks and made an impressive six-figure income from them.

He has since gone on to become an incredibly successful businessman and investor. He moved to Los Angeles in 1991, where he earned a degree in Finance as well as a Masters’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

In 2009, John was featured as one of the “sharks” on ABC reality series, “Shark Tank”. This gave him worldwide recognition and gave him even more success both personally and professionally. He has since been on national television, hosting his own talk show (The Fubu Radio Show). He has written multiple books including “Straight Talk, No Chaser: How to Find, Keep and Understand A Man” which is a New York Times Best Seller!
